  1. I thought it was interesting how Sixth Sense started out and how much he worked, reworked, and rewrote it.
    I know I should know this by now, but for some reason I always think successful writers know something I don't know or possess some mysterious trait us little guys don't have. Sometimes I think I take for granted that their writing projects spring from the keyboard like magic–*poof* Presto! All set and ready for multi-million dollar production.
    It's nice to be reminded that even the pros have to work like heck to perfect their craft. I can work, and I can write, so maybe there's hope for me…. 🙂

  2. Love your thoughts, problemchild. I think that this is exactly what Night is about – he really embraces the idea of earning everything that you get in life. There's no doubt in my mind that he has worked for everything that he has achieved in his life thus far. This is particularly impressive when you consider that both of his parents are physicians.
