Look maybe it's an offtop, but it's only I think that the Happening have connection to Six Sense And Signs.
Look, in tiezer say From the writer/director ONLY of the Six Sense and SIgns
In poster slogan "We SENSED it, we see the SIGNS now it's happening"
Mark Wahlberg - it's the brother of Donnie Wahlberg, who plays Vincent Gray in  the  Six Sense!
Spencer Breslin - he is the brother of Abigail Breslin who plays Bo Hess in Signs!
You dont think it is a litle strange?

HHhhmmm... very interesting.  VERY INTERSTING!  I wouldnt doubt that it happened on purpose, but... something to ponder!  Good Point there!

Well, I'm not sure about the actors, but I wouldn't discount it.  The other things though, I think he is only drawing references to his succesful films.

What about this point?

M.Night casted Bruce Willis in The Sixth Sense and again Bruce worked in "Unbreakable", I don't see any connection between "The Sixth Sense" and "Unbreakable".

that's not totally true, i mean they tie together in the sense (no pun intended) that they are about self discovery-finding out who you really are and what you were there for, what kind of purpose you hold in the world (or community).  They are empowered by who they find they really are.

on the other hand, i don't think even Night would put ghosts, superhereos, or aliens in this upcoming feature.  (but then hey, you never quite know).

one last thought, perhaps the thing they have in common is that they each have a different theme to their storyline, The Sixth Sense= ghosts; Unbreakable=superheroes n supervillains; Signs=aliens; The Village=The Creatures; Lady in the Water=bedtime story of narfs and scrunts, etc; and finally The Happening= ?

also, didn't Night himself have some kind of a role in each film...do we know if he is even gonna do a cameo?

Yes, M.Night always with different ideas and characters and tales. I love him for it. Shyamalan himself stated that don't expect blood in "The Happening". Will chill us without any blood or gore. We will have the feeling of muscle soring. I can't wait for that.

I am sure he will have important and unique short role.
