I really like reading the posts here. I'm sneaking this post in at work, but would like to continue the discussion when I'm not in danger of, er, being unemployed.  ;D

Safe with me also, don't want to cost anybody their job.  Also, don't forget about the personal meesages too.  Just a thought.  I didn't know this would turn into such an interesting forum when I set up the post, o well, it's great.

Night seems to really like getting child actors - and good ones.  Except The Village, it seems that his other hits had key child roles..

even The Happening script has a key child role (kind of), but don't know if it ended up that way.

Yea, I think Night mentioned on one of the special features for his movie that he like useing children because they sort of have an etheral presence and a willingness to believe anything.  Cole-ghosts, Joseph-superheros, Bo, Morgan-aliens, Joey-signs on cereal boxes and the otherwordly.

I aint too excited about Spencer Breslin in the upcoming "The Happening".

Oh well I'm sure M. Night can get a decent performance out of him. If Night can't, NO ONE CAN.

Santa Claus 3.

Stewwwpid.

Saw it while babysitting my siblings. It's one of those films you would pay money to erase from your memory.

Spencer's acting didn't help either.

I have never even bothered to watch those little kid comedies.  Just never had an interest in watching them, plus, I have never wanted to watch a movie where I wanted to erase it from my memory, and there are plenty of those movies out there.

6th Sense: Osment
Unbreakable: Jackson
Signs: Gibson
Village: This one is tough..but I'd have to go with Pheonix over Hurt, cuz Hurt just seems a liiittle too rehearsed.
LITW: Giamati, hands-down
Happening: Leguizamo

Overall? that's tough..Gibson, phoenix, and giamati were all just absolutely brilliant..I think I gotta go with Phoenix, though.

Also, I've had 6 years of seminary classes, so if there's somethin you wanna know about christianity according to the Bible, let me know ;)
See the villain's larger eyes insinuating a just-off-normal perspective on how they see the world? I see signs Lucius Hunt; just not as you see dead people. I am so very happy we saw..each other, and no I will not tell you what color love is. Stop asking.

What do you mean about "found out our ages"?

Best acting in a Shyamalan film: Bruce Willis-- Unbreakable, Haley Joel Osment-- The Sixth Sense, Mel Gibson-- Signs.
