The IFMCA Awards
« on: January 18, 2008, 02:10:34 PM »
Last year, the members of the International Film Music Critics Association (IFMCA) awarded James Newton Howard 3 awards for his score to M. Night Shyamalan's "Lady in the Water". The three awards included BEST FILM SCORE OF THE YEAR, BEST ORIGINAL SCORE FOR A FANTASY/SCIENCE FICTION/HORROR FILM, and INDIVIDUAL CUE OF THE YEAR for "The Great Eatlon".

This year, Howard was nominated for FILM COMPOSER OF THE YEAR, although no individual score of his was nominated for anything else. We would like to wish the best of luck to James! Congrats on the nomination!

Yea, that's really cool, he is such a good composer.
I see the world Lucius Hunt, just not the way you see it.
