How do you think they will design everyones clothes, hairstyles, etc.? Odds are they will change things around and it'd be neat to hear everyones opinion on this. :)

Like I think for Katara and Sokka they might alter some of the clothing to make it look a little more Native American/Inuit, and they might (instead of Hair loopies) just add some beads in the side of Katara's hair and just have a braid w/o the bun...what do you think? ???

Well, I'm sure they want to make it a bit different from the series, so that we get to see something different. So, I had a cool idea for Aang's costume: His Air Nomad suit could have all kinds of Air Nation designs on it, and maybe, he could wear that necklace he was wearing at the end of "Sozin's Comet". It's hard to say for Katara, because it really depends on who she's played by, and whatever hairstyle works for the certain person. I had an idea for the Fire Nation soldiers as well. Maybe their helmets could be slick, streaks of metal running down their face, as if it were fire blazing in the wind. That way, the Fire Nation soldiers would be very fearsome, and different. I also had a thought on the Sandbenders. They could each be wearing one long, tan cloak that covered all of their bodies. Kind of like the cloaks the Dementors wear in the "Harry Potter" movies, you know? Except these would be tan in color. Those are my thoughts, how about everyone else's. This is a cool thread Alana! :D

Do they really? wow. Thats real cool  ;D Maybe they should keep it, I was just concerned for the fact of how difficult the hairstyle seems.

Yeah that'd be great! :D Lets hope that happens.

Shadowbender, those would be cool. :)

And I've been trying Zuko's multiple hairstyles! No just kidding. ;D

But seriously, I too want to know how hair-loopies work. I know I'm a guy but I'm just curious. (Don't worry, I'm not some queer. ;D)

lol. :D

I just like the characters hairstyles they are unique. :) Katara has some of the coolest, and the only thing I really haven't figured out was hair loopies and Toph's bun (I think a ton of hairspray would be needed for that. IDK).  :-\ I have a cheat way to do Hair loopies but the actuall thing would be cool to know. :)

Haha, this was something I've been thinking about for a while. I was wondering what they would do with the characters hair for the movie. I sent in my info to hopefully audition for Sokka, but one of my main concerns is my hair. It's not like the character. I've been growing my dreadlocks for 5 years now, I hope they won't ask me if I would be willing to cut em off lol. Could you guys imagine Sokka with hair like mine?
