Thanks Dredhead My dad told me that he also sent a copy to vineyard. ( you would make the coolest sokka that I've seen so far)
Yeah, its pretty cool living in Japan, my mom is Japanese and my dad is Australian and he has really big eyes, I guess thats why my eyes are so big hehehe  yipyip
Funny enough Avatar is not popular at all here, in fact noby knows about it. I guess they have enough Japanese manga cartoons made in japan already.
But I think avatar is by far the best cartoon ever....

That's cool lol I am half french and half chinese so people never know where I am from lol I used to live in Australia its really nice over there how did you find out about Avatar since its an english anime?

Thanks Kuzon (great Japanese)
and everyone else for your comments. However, my Dad called Doug Aibels office the otherday and spoke to one of his assistants who works at vineyard. It turns out that the role for Aang is still yet to be casted but they have narrowed it down to a select few, after a highly intense process. Unfortunately, they did not even want to give me a live audition, even though my dad said a number of times that he would be more than willing to pay for the Airfair, as we live in Japan. Me and my Dad are very disapointed as all we really wanted was to just go to NY for a live autition. In real life I am told that my personality and my actions are very similar to Aang, so it makes it even harder to take...  However the man did say that no final decisions have been made yet...   (Typed by my dad)

(I've been feeling like this for the past couple of days)

Don't be sad, it's their loss.  If everyone thinks your identical to Aang, then it's their fault for being too blind to not notice that.  It ain't your fault.  So cheer up and if they don't realize their mistake ( a big one) consider it their foolishness.

sorry to hear that. :( Did you still send in? If you did they will still look at your submission, maybe they will change their mind. ;)

They just don't know how to spot talented kids or people that deserve this I think this movie will be ruined if some people from this forum don't get in like you  :)

I've said this once before on the forums, but if a casting director doesn't choose you for a role, it doesn't mean you're a bad actor, it means that the director simply did not imagine you as the role. It's all a matter of opinion.

true. If anything it wasn't our time, there's other roles meant for us. ;)

ellebeifong I think you're right, he isn't skinny enough! :P JK

K.C. if you are vegetarian that would be soooo cool! (I'm a veggie too!)

I'm not sure if you guys would remember this but I got nominated by one of my teachers to possibly go with the People to people student ambassadors program to China.  I just found out last night that I got accepted!  I can't afford to do it but just knowing makes me happy!
