Its one of those books that tells you what MAN really is. And, reading the book is like looking in the mirror. Really powerful and really good message in it. I enjoyed every line on every page of this book.

Whenever the movie comes out, I wish they direct the movie close to the book, I mean justice to the book.

I strongly recommend it. Read it.

I Know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie
and then she died.

That must have been some really good pie.

Mamasan- (and Azi -as this also discusses why the ending is not simple...)
I do not want to give away the ending to others, so I will write cryptically.

About the God theme--The ending makes the reader make a choice between the two things.  Faith is a belief in what are sometimes unbelievable things.  The book is about what you believe at the end of the book and is therefore a parallel to faith.  Since the story starts...that the author will tell you a story that will make you believe in God...then the choice at the end of the book should be obvious.  What i liked about the book is that the choice at the end of the book is not obvious and for God-believers like me it made me question things and how sound I am in my own belief (and still am.)

I love books that make me think!
