Shyamalan Turns to Environment for Thriller Plot

Film writer and director M. Night Shyamalan discusses The Happening,his upcoming spooky thriller about people trying to save themselves from a worldwide environmental catastrophe. Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, and John Leguizamo appear in the R-rated movie, set to hit theaters on Friday the 13th.

Shyamalan talks with host Ira Flatow about the intersection of real-world environmental issues and fantasy.

    There aren't really any spoilers in the interview, for those of you wondering. Its pretty much info that we already know, its cool to hear Night talk about it from a science angle though.
