Servant has one of the strongest music stories on the television side of Shyamalan’s career. Trevor Gureckis scored all four seasons, and the show picked up a sequence of soundtrack releases that gave the music a real footprint beyond the episodes themselves.

The first season album arrived in 2019, followed by separate releases for season 2 in 2021, season 3 in 2022, and season 4 in 2023. That is a meaningful run. It shows the score was treated as part of the show’s identity all the way through, not as disposable atmosphere. Gureckis gave Servant its uneasy hush, its domestic dread, and that feeling that something sacred and wrong were sharing the same room.

That alone makes Servant worth taking seriously as a music object in its own right. Across four seasons, Gureckis helped give the series its unease, its grief, and its sense of spiritual contamination. Few Shyamalan-related projects have such a complete musical identity.
