Mark Wahlberg has been set to star in The Happening, the thriller that M. Night Shyamalan will direct in August in Philadelphia for 20th Century Fox, reports Variety.

Director M. Night Shyamalan was recently interviewed by IndiaFM about his upcoming movie The Happening, and it’s co-financing by Indian production company UTV Motion Pictures. [Read the interview here]

UTV Motion Pictures will be co-producing M Night Shyamalan’s next Sci-Fi thriller titled The Happening along with 20th Century Fox.
