Mr. M.Night Shyamalan has just placed a new drama series, Lost Horizon, with NBC, according to Deadline. NBC has given it a put-pilot commitment. Syfy is getting into business with M.Night Shyamalan

Hollywood Reporter today has learned that the cable network Syfy, a division of NBC Universal, has given a pilot commitment to a project from Mr. Shyamalan and Marti Noxon (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) titled Proof, which marks Shyamalan’s first jump to Television.
